Author Guidelines

 

Remember that to enroll and submit the thesis for the conference you can only via Open Conference Systems. You should register and upload material online at the website of our university.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THESES

1. Only theses written in an official language and signed by authors are submitted. The recommendation for publication signed by the head of a university should be attached.

2. Publication size is one or two full pages, in text editor Word on one-sided standard sheet (A4) and alignment: top and bottom – 2 cm, left – 2,5 cm, right – 1 cm. formatting Parameters: font size – 14 pt, line interval 1.5, no hyphenation.

3. Theses structure: UDC, title written in capital letters, authors’ full names, full name of the university, text.

4. The theses must contain: Problem definition and its connection with important scientific and practical tasks should be stated in preface, it is necessary to indicate the purpose; to outline research methods; to highlight the main ideas of the research and obtained scientific results reasoning; to specify conclusions and prospects for further researches in this field.

The theses should be sent in "*.doc" or "*.rtf" format.

Author certificate

It is necessary to specify authors full name, position, scientific degree and academic title, their address, telephone, e-mail (if possible), the type of presentation (just publication, publication and presentation) should be noted in a separate line. At a few spaces specify the technical means necessary for presentation.

Publication fee is 3 USD per page (1800 signs). A final calculation will be after conference information package makeup.

 

GUIDELINES FOR ARTICLES

Structure of the article: UDC, full names of the author(s), article title, name of the university in Ukrainian and English.
  1. Attention! Due to the new rules of State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of Ukraine the manuscripts should contain extended abstracts in English due to the structure of the article without the references 2 printed pages in size.
  2. Abstract in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Key words in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
  3. Text of the article: introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions, prospects for further researches, references.
  4. Articles in Ukrainian 5-6 pages in size (28-30 lines per page, font size 12; interval 2.0; margins 2.0 cm) should be submitted. The text of the manuscript should be printed on A4 paper sheets in 2 copies.
  5. Cite references in text in the order of appearance (not alphabetically).
  6. Figures (diagrams, graphs, pictures, tables) should be sent in 2 copies. Figure sizes are 13x18, 9x12, 6x9 cm. On the back side of each figure you should put its number, full name(s) of author(s), and note ‘top’, ‘bottom’.
  7. References, interval 2.0 in the order of appearance in the text, regardless of the language of publication.
  8. An official letter of the university and a recommendation for publishing; a certified expert opinion signed by the academic advisor or the head of the university and sealed should be attached to the article.
  9. Editors have the right to correct terminology and error of style; remove unnecessary figures, streamline the text.
  10. Authors’ statements and signatures that this work had not been submitted for publication to other publishers should be below the text.
  11. E-mail for correspondence.
  12. The journal is registered by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of Ukraine as a specialized publication.
  13. The articles without following these guidelines will not be submitted.
After payment is received your article will be published in the next issue of the journal.

Publication fee in the journal “Journal of Research” (JR) is:  4 USD per 1 page (1800 characters) (excluding VAT).
