Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

In preparing theses please follow the requirements:

1. Theses must be written in official language and signed by the authors.

2. The volume of publications - 1-3 pages, on one side of a sheet of A4, font 14 pt 1,5 spacing (28-30 lines per page) (generally up to 1800 letters and symbols with spaces per page).

3. Structure of theses: UDC, title of the work (in capital letters), initials and last names of the authors, full name of the institution,
text of work.

4. In preparing the theses you should briefly state the problem and its relation to important scientific and practical tasks, formulate purposes, cite research methodology, present the basic material and provide conclusions and prospects.

5. You should send:

- 2 printed copies of theses;

- electronic version on CD, saved as "*.doc" or "*.rtf";

- copy of the payment receipt;

- information about the author.

NB! At the beginning of the information about the author write the type of presentation of you work (Rprinting only, R printing and poster paper at the conference).

Skipping several lines it is necessary to specify the scientific degree and academic status of each author, as well as his or her full name, address, phone number (preferably mobile ), and e-mail (if available) .

 

You should send payment receipt along with the materials in printed and electronic variants.

 

In preparing articles please follow the requirements:

 

  1. In the journal "The achievements of Clinical and Experimental Medicine" literature reviews, lectures, new not published scientific results obtained in clinical or experimental medicine are published, unique viewpoints about the problem are expressed, notes from practice are given. In the section "Events, news, dates'' information about interesting, in the opinion of the author, scientific phenomena, information about famous scientists and their achievements is given, articles in memory of physicians are submitted.
  1. The article should have the official letter of the head of institution with the recommendation for printing and the signature of the head  of  institution; expert opinion on the possibility of open publication, which are certified. The signatures of all the authors are required under the text of the article. In addition, it is necessary to specify the scientific degree and academic status of each author, as well as his or her full name, address, phone number (preferably mobile ), and e-mail (if available).
  2. The volume of original articles, including tables, figures, references, resumes should not exceed 8 pages, the volume of problem articles, literature review, lecture -12 pages, short notes, reviews, etc. - 5 pages, articles to the section "Notes from practice" - 3 pages.
  3. The article should be printed in the Ukrainian language in a text editor Microsoft word on one side of a sheet of A4, 1800-2000 signs per page (fields: top and bottom - 2.5 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 1.5 cm, font Times New Roman 14 pt and 1,5 interval). Send 2 copies of the article and an electronic version on CD saved in «*. rtf» and «*. doc».

Figures should be prepared in "*. jpg" or "*. tif" format, sent printed in duplicate, and as a separate image file on CD. When scanning you should provide image resolution 300 dpi. The priority is given to sending original illustrations. On the back of each illustration you should indicate its number, authors' names and marks "Top", "Bottom". When signing microphotographies indicate magnification and method of staining of the material. Photos should be contrast, and pictures – clear. Tables should have short titles and own numbering. It is preferably to create charts and graphs in Microsoft Excel. Small illustrations can be placed in the article. For formulas it is desirable to use a built-in equation editor MWord.

  1. The articles should be written keeping the main requirements ДСТУ 3008-95 “Documentation. Reports in science and technology. Structure and rules of design” following the next structure (except the articles to the section “Lectures”, “Views on the problem”, “Notes from practice”, “Events, news, dates”):

-       Initials and last names of the authors;

-       The full name of the institution;

-       Summary in Ukrainian;

-       Key words in Ukrainian;

 

Introduction. (Statement of the problem in general, its relationship to important scientific and practical tasks, analysis of recent published studies, in which a solution to this problem is initiated).

The aim of the research.

Materials and methods of the research. (Statement of the research object and methods, description of which should be sufficient for understanding their feasibility and playback capabilities. In the case of experimental studies you should indicate the type, gender, number of animals, methods of anesthesia during manipulation associated with the problem of pain, the method euthanasia. Indication of methods of statistical analysis with the explanation of the criteria of reliability is compulsory).

Results and considerations. (The basic factual material is given, explanation of scientific results, own opinions on the obtained results, its comparison with the interpretation of similar data presented by other authors are given).

Conclusions.

Prospect for further researches. (The author’s vision of further ways of solving the problems is given).

References are printed in the order of mentioning of the sources in square brackets):

THE TITLE OF THE ARTICLE (in capital letters, in English);
Initials and last names of the authors (in English);
The full name of the institution (in English);
Summary (in English);
Key words (in English).

6. All markings of physical values and their units, numeric data of clinical and laboratory studies should be submitted according to the International System of Units (CI) in accordance with the requirements of the standards ДСТУ(ISO) 3651-97 "Units of physical values ". The names of companies, reagents and drugs give in the original transcription.

7. In the text of the article when referring to the publication you should indicate its number from the list of references in square brackets.

8. The articles in the section "Notes from practice" must relate to the original situations that occur in practice of a doctor (some cases of atypical course of diseases, non-standard approaches to diagnosis, treatment, etc.). Volume of the article shall not exceed 3 pages. When submitting the article you should follow such requirements: UDC, title of the work (in capital letters), initials and last names of the authors, full name of the institution, brief introduction, description of the clinical situation, type of treatment, its effects, etc., and conclusions about the importance of practical application of acquired experience. References are not obligatory.

9. Editorial staff corrects terminological and stylistic errors, removes superfluous illustrations, and shortens the text if necessary.

10. The articles without keeping to these rules are not registered. The articles of subscribers and materials ordered by the editorial staff are published in the first place.

11. Payment is made after reviewing the article, the receipt of payment is sent to the address of editorial office or department or forums.
