Today, authentication of food products constitutes a significant challenge for global food production, it ensures, however, increased quality. When choosing food products, consumers consider the information on its quality. The choice of food products can depend on one’s health, food habits, lifestyle and religion. The labelling of food products should, hence be fair and precise.
