The main goal was to arrange a sequence of medical care for victims with open fractures of the crural bones, using retrospective review of a consecutive series of open fractures of the crural region treated  September 2017 till March 2018 in Ternopil University Hospital. As a result, a straight algorithm of stage treatment of open fractures is developed.
