The professional and pedagogical competence of the teachers performing their professional activity in educational institutions of Ukraine, is a complete set of related structural and functional elements of the pedagogical competence system, reflecting the ability to structure scientific and practical knowledge in order to implement the most efficient ways to solve pedagogical tasks in modern conditions being changed by the pedagogical system, focused on pedagogical interaction with foreign and domestic students of Medical University.
