Nowadays, diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension (HT) are medico-social problems of health care over the world that is approaching epidemic proportions globally. The main reasons for the high level of disability and mortality are the irreversible changes in the cardiovascular system. HT is diagnosed in 80% of patients suffering from DM type II. Previous research has suggested that type 2 diabetes mellitus may promote the development of  HT.
