Аннотація

Liver cirrhosis represents the final common histologic pathway for a wide variety of chronic liver diseases. In Ukraine, over the past 10 years, the incidence of cirrhosis of the liver has increased by 75.6%.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the study is to study the dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters under the influence of complex treatment with inclusion of ademetionin and ursofalk in patients with cirrhosis of the liver (alcohol etiology).

METHODS AND MATERIALS: 24 patients were examined for alcohol etiology of liver cirrhosis. Among them, 14 (58.3%) men and 10 (41.7%) women. The age of patients ranged from 25 to 75 years. Patients were divided into 2 groups: 1st group (10 patients) received standard, integrated treatment (control group) essential phospholipids, diuretics, vitamins, lactulose, detoxification agents; 2nd group (14 patients) additionally used ursofalk 10-15 mg / kg body weight per day in combination with ademetionin 400 mg twice a day for 1 month.

RESULTS: Analysis of the research results showed that pain (38.5%), dyspeptic (68.2%) and astheno-vegetative (46.2%) syndromes were observed before treatment with alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients. Noticed changes in the biochemical analysis of blood (increased levels of bilirubin, transaminases, cholesterol and LDL). It was found that in the 2nd group of patients, appetite, sleep, pain disappeared, dyspepsia remained in 16,1%, astenovegetative in 22,2%;  In patients in 1st group; Cytolitic, cholestatic and hepatomegaly decreased in 14.2%, 20.5%, 29.2% of patients respectively, while in the second group of patients it was noted there was a decrease in cytolitic, cholestatic and hepatomegaly in 25%, 30%, 40% of patients respectively. After treatment of patients in the 2nd group, the level of bilirubin significantly decreased) the normalization of the content of AlAt and AsAt, cholesterol and LDL

CONCLUSION: The purpose of complex therapy with the inclusion of ademetionin and ursofalk in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver leads to the normalization of the contents of bilirubin, transaminases, cholesterol and LDL.
