The problem associated with the disease of atypical pneumonia of mycoplasmal etiology was analyzed. Non - tradition approach  of neutralization of pathogenic mycoplasma M. pneumoniae by means of  blocking of adhesion their cells on  host's epitelial tissues was proposed. For this purpose the analytical solid phase test-system permitting to reveal high effective inhibitors of adhesion among the syntetic analogues of natural receptors M. pneumoniae was  created. These substances are able to become in future the basis at creation the principle new preparations for prophylaxis and treatment of human atypical pneumoniae.
